GlassHouse Technologies, Inc. is recruiting for part-time Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who will respond to technical telephone inquiries in a call center environment. CSRs will provide customer service in a timely and professional manner via telephone and Internet by following standard technical scripts and procedures. CSRs must be open to working a variety of shifts and will be required to work out of GlassHouse’s Durham, North Carolina Support Center. Evening and weekend shifts are currently available.
Mandatory Technical Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a help desk environment
- Strong PC hardware/software knowledge with previous work experience in Windows-based environment
Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret problem resolution scripts
- Excellent phone etiquette including listening, written and oral communication skills
- Flexibility
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming technical calls and field customer questions
- Open trouble tickets; document technical issues for resolution
- Follow standard technical script and obtain detailed descriptions of customer’s technical issues
- Resolve and close cases and/or escalate to Level Two support as needed
- Dispatch parts and labor for specific incidents
- Attend weekly meetings
