GlassHouse is looking for sales professionals with a proven track record of exceeding bookings targets and achieving recognition in their previous sales roles. We’re looking for driven, competitive hunters who will be directly responsible for identifying new clients and business opportunities. Successful Account Executives/Sales Representatives will source and qualify new opportunities, and then partner with delivery SMEs to position the company’s consulting services and delivery capabilities. Our Account Executives/Sales Representatives are geographically based; currently we have a role opening to cover our New England territory. Local candidates only; relocation is not available.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a sales representative.

Hunter - tenacious prospector with ability to identify new opportunities and cultivate new client relationships.

Demonstrated ability to close deals.

History of overachievement and performance recognition in quota-driven sales positions.

Proven record of selling into Fortune 2000 with strong relationships with VP and C-level executives.

Excellent prospecting and new business development skills coupled with ability to cross-sell into client base.

Demonstrated success in telesales/field representative roles.
