GlassHouse Technologies, Inc (www.glasshouse.com) is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Associate to execute projects in public relations, direct marketing campaigns and promotional activities. The Marketing Communication Associate will be responsible for developing strategic and tactical communication materials, supporting events marketing and public relations, and driving internal communications.
Candidates must possess a strong marketing writing background including experience with both internal and external communications and web content.
This full-time role is based in our Framingham, Massachusetts office and requires a creative, hands-on, and experienced marketing generalist. Local candidates only; relocation is not available.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field required
- Minimum 3 years related experience in Marketing and Communications within the technology industry; professional services and or data storage industry preferred
- Extensive professional writing portfolio demonstrating exceptionally strong writing and editing ability
- Ability to travel 25% as needed to participate in events, trade shows and training activities

Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing materials and collateral including datasheets, press releases, newsletters and email campaigns, web site content and direct mail pieces
- Develop/execute/improve marketing and communications strategies
- Monitor and ensure on-time delivery of all marketing communications programs
- Participate in research for marketing support materials
- Prepare presentations for sales as well as internal training
- Provide direction on the design and development of graphics, brochures, fact sheets, logos, and other promotional products
- Support and manage direct marketing campaigns including email, direct mail and web site initiatives
- Support channel marketing campaigns including research , collateral development and other project initiatives
