GlassHouse is pleased to introduce their Academy Program for exceptional individuals to become industry leaders as IT Strategy Consultants in the field of data center solutions and IT infrastructure.

GlassHouse consultants analyze infrastructure environments for optimization, and have the experience and know-how to implement the strategic plan. 

As a Trainee Strategy Consultant you will undergo an intensive six month transformational program, which includes, but is not limited to the following areas: consulting skills, ITIL (service management), presentation skills, report writing skills, business modelling, financial management and modelling and business case analysis and development. 

Further training will be provided in IT skills (Microsoft Office suite) and Prince 2 to empower you to be a confident and commercially experienced Strategy Consultant working with the industry’s most respected organizations and professionals.

We are looking for Graduate (Degree or MBA) calibre individuals with strong presentation and customer facing skills with the ability to understand, analyze and develop viable business solutions.

The ideal candidate would have experience  in any of the following areas: project management, project coordination, IT management, completion of a graduate trainee scheme, customer facing consultancy type work, service management, capacity management, IT, business and/or corporate strategy. This is a unique opportunity for individuals to fast-track their careers. Excellent communication and an understanding of the IT infrastructure environment with confidence to present to groups of varying professional levels are required.
