Reflector - A single Point of Truth

Accelerate is a four-phase methodology that quickly builds consensus and executes the plan so you can realize the full ROI of your initiative.  GlassHouse consultants lead your teams through the four phases to build consensus, master the details and tackle the plan. The phases are:

• Design: through facilitated sessions and input from the complexity analyses for applications and infrastructure, we work with your team to develop an appropriate design and design alternatives.
• Plan: based on the output from the design phase, we detail a comprehensive project plan that includes policies and procedures, roles and resource requirements, risks and constraints, a precedence diagram, and timeline.
• Deploy: managing the project plan, we balance your team to execute the plan, manage any variances, integrate technology, create as-built documentation and provide overall control.
• Transition: by providing final documentation and appropriate training, our team hands over operations and control to your internal team for ongoing management.
